Shipping & Delivery

SHAI is preparing its first release. Our website currently accepts First 50 reservation requests without payment. Production of the first 50 Stamped Puffers has begun. Product purchases are not yet open.

Origin & destinations

Customer orders will be fulfilled from Ontario, Canada. We are preparing Canadian shipping first. International destinations, including the United States, are not yet confirmed for launch; availability and any applicable duties or tax treatment will be shown before payment.

Rates & delivery estimates

We are preparing FedEx shipping, subject to account activation and integration testing. Available services, shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be shown before payment when purchasing opens. We do not promise same-day dispatch or a fixed transit time at this stage.

Your order emails

When purchasing opens, an order confirmation will acknowledge your purchase. A separate shipping confirmation will provide your carrier tracking number once your parcel is prepared for dispatch. A label-created update means a shipment has been booked; tracking will update as the carrier scans the parcel.

First 50 timing

Our target purchase opening is December 10, 2026. This is not a promised delivery date. Confirmed reservation holders will receive purchase instructions when their jackets are ready.
