This notice supplements the store's Shopify Privacy Policy and explains how BKS TRADING INC., operating the SHAI brand, intends to handle personal information for its Canadian operations. It is designed around Canadian private-sector privacy principles, including PIPEDA where applicable and any applicable provincial privacy law.

Information we may collect
Depending on how you use the store, SHAI and its service providers may process information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping information, order and transaction information, account details, customer-service communications, device and browser information, IP address, cookies and similar technology data, and information about how you interact with the store.
Why we use information
We may use personal information to provide and improve the store, process and fulfill orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, prevent fraud and security incidents, comply with legal obligations, understand store performance, and communicate with you where permitted.

Where Canadian anti-spam requirements apply, SHAI intends to send commercial email or text marketing only where there is a lawful basis to do so, including appropriate consent where required.
