MATERIAL DIRECTION
Every product begins with a clear material brief suited to its intended silhouette, hand feel and use. Final material specifications are confirmed only after sampling and review.
CONSTRUCTION
Fit, stitching, reinforcement, finishing and the way a garment holds its shape are reviewed as part of the development process. A strong concept is not enough if the construction does not support it.
TRIMS + HARDWARE
Labels, patches, closures, pulls, embroidery and other details are treated as part of the product — not as afterthoughts. Their quality and placement must support the overall design.
VERIFIED BEFORE RELEASE
Technical specifications, care information, sizing and performance claims are published only when they have been confirmed for the finished garment.
SHAI does not ask customers to buy assumptions.
Final specifications are published only when the finished garment has earned them.
