The SHAI Plain Gloss Puffer gives the collection a clean expression: a high-shine black finish, quilted volume and focused branding. The uninterrupted shell puts the silhouette in the foreground, with the SHAI arm patch providing the signature detail.

90% white duck down insulation sits inside a nylon shell and lining. A high collar, hood, neck buckle and zipped pockets complete the outerwear design. Inside, the SHAI mascot story panel adds a discovery of its own.

A water-resistant nylon outer shell pairs with 90% white duck down insulation for cold-weather layering. The high collar and hood add coverage to the clean, quilted silhouette.

Fit & care

Sizes S–XXL. Compare the finished garment measurements with a jacket you wear comfortably over your usual layers. Final charts and size-specific fill weights will be published when confirmed. Follow the finished garment’s care label.

Images are retouched photographs of the current sample; lighting and screens can affect how colour appears. The interior panel image is a shared design reference. Final production details will be confirmed before purchase.

FIND YOUR FIT

Start with a piece you already love.

Lay a similar garment flat without stretching it. Measure chest width from underarm to underarm, body length from the high shoulder point to the hem, shoulder width seam to seam, and sleeve length from the shoulder seam to the cuff. Compare these garment measurements with SHAI’s chart, not with body measurements.

Official chart: awaiting confirmed factory measurements. We will add the S–XXL chart in centimetres and inches before ordering opens. Do not assume another brand’s size label will fit the same way.

Delivery & exchanges

Orders will be fulfilled from Ontario, Canada. Shipping charges and delivery estimates will be shown before payment when purchasing opens. Request a voluntary size exchange within 10 calendar days of delivery. Eligible garments must be unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags. Exchanges are processed after receipt and inspection. Customers pay return shipping; SHAI pays standard replacement shipping for an approved exchange.
